State police at Frackville reported the arrest of two persons following an incident in Coaldale.

Troopers said Theodore Patacconi, 23, of Pottsville, and Gino Fernandez, 39, of Coaldale, were each cited for disorderly conduct for an incident on the front lawn at 332 Ridge Terrace. Troopers said the two engaged in fighting and tumultuous behavior.The incident occurred about 8 p.m. on Sept. 26, troopers added.
