State police at Lehighton are reporting the finding of a Panasonic digital recorder.

The recorder was found in the picnic area of Kingswood Lake, off Silver Springs Road, in Eldred Township, Monroe County, on Aug. 21 at 8:30 p.m.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (610) 377-4270.
