A Monroe County man has been charged with harassment following an incident that occurred about 6 p.m. on Aug. 22, in the area of 8783 W. Nittingham Drive, in Kunkletown, Polk Township.

State police at Lehighton said Eugene F. Blaney Jr., 68, of 8803 Lady Marion Drive, Kunkletown, was charged after he engaged in behavior that caused alarm and concern for a 16-year-old male. The mother of the victim witnessed the incident, troopers said.
