Two Schuylkill county residents were cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred about 4 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 23.

State police at Frackville said David A. Mullins Jr., 22, of Pottsville, and Dylan J. Eckert, 19, of Minersville, engaged in a physical altercation in a wooded area along High Road, in Cass Township, at the time and date stated.Charges were filed, troopers added.
