Upper Macungie Township Police Department charged Steven Roberti, 28, of Jim Thorpe, with public drunkenness.

Police observed Roberti stumbling in the traffic lanes of SR100 and Industrial Boulevard at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 18.
