Three people will be charged in connection with an underage drinking incident in Rush Township on July 26.

Officers were dispatched to Pine Creek Drive at 10:47 p.m. for a disturbance. Alex Jones, 22, of Tamaqua, will be charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and James Gilson, 18, of Tamaqua, will be charged with underage drinking. A 16-year-old Mahanoy City male will also be charged with underage drinking.
