A domestic incident led to the arrest of a Schuylkill County man.

State police at Frackville said Robert James Barlow, of Girardville, and a female, who troopers declined to identify, were traveling along Schaeffers Hill Road, in the area of Branch Road, in Cass Townshihp, where he began to yell at the female.Troopers said Barlow stopped the vehicle and allegedly grabbed the female by the face and neck. He was charged with harassment.
