On July 21, at 5:26 p.m., Mahoning Township Police investigated a single-vehicle accident on Route 902, Mill Road. A Jeep traveling south had locked its brakes before driving off the roadway down an embankment and into a stream. The driver, Robert Dominic Jr., 30, of Summit Hill, stated that an oncoming car had crossed into his lane causing him to crash. Police were unable to locate any other vehicles.
