Norman Kenneth Bensinger, Pottsville, who was found guilty by a jury last June 6 was sentenced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin on a chage of criminal mischief to serve 60 days to 12 months in the county prison, pay $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, make restitution of $780 to Melody Montag, the injured party, when released on parole to pay a monthly supervision fee of $50, and perform 25 hours of community service.Bensinger was also sentenced by Judge Charles M. Miller on a charge of disorderly conduct to serve two to 12 months in a state correctional facilty with the sentence to start when he completes his county sentence. On a public drunkenness sentence he received a concurrent 30 days to 60 days sentence.Bail hearingsRaven Lynn Negron, 23, Mahanoy City, had her bail set by Senior Judge D. Michael at $10,000 unsecured with conditions she must reside at 418 W. Market St., Mahanoy City, and not relocate without court permission; must not possess, transport or consume alcohol beveages nor illegal drugs; must immediately seek gainful employment; not get involved in any criminal activities; and attend all court proceedings. Negron is awaiting trial on charges of theft of jewelry belonging to Jody Milyo, of Minersville.Douglas Rodgers, 52, Myerstown, had his bail set at $5,000 unsecured by Judge Stine with conditions he must reside at 428 Frystown Road, Myerstown; must seek gainful employment; and attend all future court proceedings. He faces a charge of theft of a chain link fence from Minersville Borugh storage shed.Bench warrantsAshley L. Roberts, 28, of 726 Bridge Street, Lehighton, had her bench warrant dissolved by Judge Charles M. Miller and bail set at $5,000 percentage cash with certain conditions, must reside with Kelly Sue Berger, at 213 Third St., Ranshaw, and not relocate without written permission from the distrct attorney; shall not posses or consume alcohol beverages or controlled subsanced; shall not travel outside of Pennsylvania; and shall secure gainful employment. Roberts faces a charge of criminal conspiracy to commit theft from Walmart Store in Rush Township.Bryan Phillip Whiteman, 32, Honeybrook, had his bench warrant dissolved by Judge Miller and bail was reinsated with special conditions, he must reside at 1711 Reed St., Coatesville; and not relocaed without the district attorney's permission; shall not travel outside of Pennsylvania; and secure gainful employment. Whiteman faces charges of theft of leased property fro Rent-A-Center, Pottsville.Treasurer's reportA report on spendings by Schuylkill County for month of June was released by Treasurer Jacqueline McGovern.The balance of all accounts at the end of June totaled $59,290,759.55. It began with $63,290,409.14. There were $7,673,908.75 deposits and $11,673,558.34 disbursments.Expenditures for the general fund were $3,977,433.27 and deposits $1,664,041.79 leaving a balance at the end of the month at $25,977,02.11. Rest Haven Home spent $1,672,263.89 in June and took in $1,671,337.61 leaving a balance of $72,786.56.During the month $811,374.66 was received in real estate taxes and $12,614.76 in per capita tax. Revenues received from sale of licenses was, dog licenses, $748.60; fishing, $20; hunting, $320; bingo, $115; and small game of chance, $2,050.Other revenues were from district justice magisterial fees, $55,729.71; tariff on home telephones, $55,328.32; 9-1-1 department earnings, $558.56; and hotel tax, $20,015.69.Divorces grantedEdwin Hausman was granted a divorce from Grace A.
