A Ringtown man apparently can't seem to learn he can't just drive his ATV wherever he chooses.

Raymond B. Miller, 43, was caught allegedly trespassing twice in one week in Rush Township. Both times, he was operating an all-terrain vehicle on properties located off Fairview Street.In the July 6 incident, Miller will be charged with agricultural vandalism, agricultural trespass, criminal mischief, driving while under DUI suspension, a variety of traffic violations and making terroristic threats.Charges for a July 12 incident include trespass, harassment and driving while under DUI suspension.
