Kayla Stanek, daughter of Frank and Michelle Stanek of Summit Hill, has been named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Kutztown University.

Kayla, a 2010 graduate of Marian Catholic High School, is a junior majoring in elementary education. Her grade point average for the semester was a 4.0.At Kutztown, Kayla is a member of the dance team and the association of campus events.She is the granddaughter of Julie McHugh and the late Thomas McHugh. She is also the granddaughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Stanek of Summit Hill.
