State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests for harassment.
Troopers said on June 23 about 2:10 p.m. Tara Lee Hunter, 34, of 213 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, arrived at the residence of Pedro F. Capinha, 33, of 90 Peter Ave., Palmerton, Towamensing Township. Hunter allegedly persistently called/texted and engaged in a behavior that caused concern/alarm to Capinha. Capinha called troopers.Hunter, an ex-girlfriend of Capinha, was charged with harassment.On June 22 at 10:39 p.m. Robert A. Fleming, 50, and Tammy Lynn Wark, 32, of 109 Garden Grove Lane, in Kunkletown, Eldred Township, Monroe County, roommates, got into a verbal argument. The argument escalated when Wark allegedly kicked Fleming in the back as he was walking down a flight of steps and then kicked his ankle causing a minor injury.Troopers were called to the scene but Wark fled. Fleming was taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for treatment.Wark was charged with harassment.Troopers said Christopher R. Blum, of 401 Bridge St., Apt. 4, Weissport, was charged with harassment following an incident that was reported on June 29 about 1:50 p.m.Troopers said a 13-year-old male and his father came to the barracks to report that Blum engaged in a behavior that caused concern/alarm to the juvenile at Blum's residence. Blum was charged with harassment, troopers said.
