Kudos to former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. She would like to see, in her lifetime, a female U.S. President, as I would also.It depends on women stepping up to the plate, and voting for a female candidate.Many women understand budgeting, and running the household. Also. women are more capable of using common sense, again, in my opinion.We have realized too much money wasted. Congress has been too extravagant.
