The Walnutport Police Department is requesting that residents of the borough lock their vehicles when they are unoccupied due to a recent rash of thefts that occurred overnight on June 21.

The police are also asking that borough residents report any suspicious activity they observe immediately to the Lehigh County Communication Center at 911 or (610) 437-5252.
