Mazzy Mickey, a fourth grade student at Mahoning Elementary School, recently earned the distinction of being named "Artist of the Year" for the school. Throughout the school year, art teacher Adrienne Fedor selects an "Artist of the Month." One student is then named the overall "Artist of the Year."
