State police at Lehighton reported on the following driving under the influence (DUI) arrests.

George B. Rowe, 46, of Long Pond, was stopped about 3:15 a.m. on June 6 at the WaWa store parking lot along SR209 at SR715, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. He was found to be under the influence and was taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test.The DUI charge is pending test results.On Friday, June 7, about 10:50 p.m., troopers stopped Gerard Robert Nicholas, 21, of Kunkletown, along Burger Hollow Road, north of Haney Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County, for motor vehicle code violations. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.
