Two women face charges from a June 1 theft incident at the Hometown Commons Walmart in Rush Township.

Following an investigation, Rush Township Police identified the duo as Rhonda G. Heidlebaugh, 30, of Ashland and Amy M. Dower, 38, of Mahanoy Plane. Heidlebaugh will be charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal charges, while Dower faces charges of criminal conspiracy.
