DUI arrests
State police at Lehighton reported on the following driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by troopers.
On May 17 about 8:42 p.m. troopers stopped Tiffany Pramick, 24, of Wilkes-Barre, along Maury Road, south of SR903, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, for a traffic violation. She was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.On May 22 about 7:49 p.m. troopers stopped John Devori Wilson, 20, of Allentown, along SR248 westbound at the Bowmanstown exit, Carbon County, for speeding. He was found to be under the influence of marijuana and was placed under arrest.At the stop troopers learned that Wilson's passenger, Kaseem Murdaugh, 30, also of Allentown, was wanted on a warrant issued out of Lehigh County.On May 24 about 3 a.m. troopers stopped Christopher Glenross Culkin, 26, of Saylorsburg, along Pennel Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest.Also on May 24, about 9:47 p.m., Tyler Robert Billings, 20, of Palmerton, was involved in a crash along Forest Inn Road, near Kenneth Lane, in Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County, while operating a 1999 Volkswagen Jetta.Billings, who was not injured, was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.On Friday, May 25, about 2:05 a.m. troopers stopped Philip W. Seiler, 25, of Saylorsburg, along Doney Road, near Weir Lake Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County, for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.On Saturday, May 26, about 3:10 a.m. troopers stopped Roseann Maria Izuka, 27, of Nesquehoning, along Bridge St., near Bankway, in Lehighton, for a vehicle code violation. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was placed under arrest.Also on Saturday, about 11:38 a.m., troopers stopped Alex Eugene Malone, 38, of Tobyhanna, along SR33 southbound at the Snydersville exit, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a traffic violation. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and transported to the Palmerton hospital for a blood test.
