Christopher Keer, 23, of Reading, was arrested by Rush Township police on May 21.

Keer was taken into custody at 2:53 a.m. at 180 Claremont Ave., then transported to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville. Warrants had been issued by the Pennsylvania Parole Office for his arrest.
