Summit Hill Borough Council will conduct a public hearing at 6 p.m. Monday concerning the proposed Middle Carbon Comprehensive Plan.

It will be held in the borough hall.The hearing will precede the regular monthly meeting of the council.A copy of the plan is available for public review at the borough hall during regular business hours.It also can be viewed on-line at
