It's a classic double-header tomorrow night at Penn's Peak in Jim Thorpe.

On stage will be Eddie Money, with special guest Gary U.S. Bonds.The concert starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $40 at the door.Eddie Money's debut album was in 1977 and the masses immediately fell in love with his sound.That album contained "Baby Hold On" and "Two Tickets to Paradise" and quickly went double platinum.Everything was falling into place after this. He had a slew of Top 40 hits and memorable videos over the years. He continues on with a busy touring schedule, but throughout the years, he has also found time for various television appearances while his songs have made it into numerous movies and now video games.While trying to promote himself at the young age of 19, Gary Anderson sent promotional copies of his song "New Orleans" to radio stations in sleeves inscribed with Buy U.S. Bonds.This quickly became his new name of Gary U.S. Bonds.He followed that hit up with a number one song, "Quarter To Three" and then the hits really started to flow. Soon enough he was touring all over the world, even headlining above a group of newcomers named The Beatles.His songs and his songwriting transcended generations.Gary was an inspiration for Bruce Springsteen and Steven Van Zandt, who both grew up on Gary's music. Being such a successful songwriter garnered him a nomination for the Country Music Association's "Songwriter of the Year." Gary's latest release is 2004's Back in 20.
