A Monroe County man has been cited for harassment and disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred in a gas station last week.
State Police at Lehighton said at around 1:48 p.m. May 1, Robert Scott Perry, 45, of Saylorsburg, entered the Sunoco Gas Station on State Route Old 115 and was sexually harassing one of the female employees.Perry entered the store without any intention of purchasing any items.Upon seeing the victim, he approached her and reached into the front of his pants pulling out a CD with 20 songs that he had recorded for the victim.He stated to her that he has a present for her and handed her the CD. He then proceeded out of the gas station.After further investigation, Perry was identified, and contact was made with him as his residence.He stated that he did this because he thought the victim was attracted to him.He was informed that he was being cited for harassment and disorderly conduct, and to stay out of the Sunoco Gas Station.Nontraffic citations filed in District Court 43-4-03.
