A Schuylkill County driver was cited for causing a crash. The accident occurred along SR125 (Tremont Road), in Pine Grove Township, about 3:38 p.m. on Sunday, May 5.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Bryan R. Barr, 49, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2007 Jeep Wrangler northbound when he made a left turn into the path of a southbound 1999 Ford Mustang driven by Barby J. Biggs, 44, of Pine Grove.Biggs attempted to avoid a collision and swerved to the right. Her car struck a cement barrier located in front of Buddy's Log Cabin. After impact the Mustang then struck a mailbox.Biggs was injured and taken to the Hershey Medical Center. Her vehicle was towed from the scene.Barr was cited for vehicle turning left, troopers said.
