A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI).

State police at Frackville said Leonard Chiscavage, 49, of Shenandoah, was stopped for a traffic violation about 12:52 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, along W. Coal St., in West Mahanoy Township.He was found to be under the influence and submitted to a breath test at the barracks which showed he was over the legal limit, troopers said.
