Richard William Hornbeck, 43, of 240 E. Broad St., Tamaqua, was cited by Tamaqua Police following an incident on April 10.

Police were dispatched to the 200 block of East Broad Street at 1:30 p.m. that day and spoke with a woman who reported that Hornbeck had "chest bumped" her, almost knocking her over.He was cited for harassment.
