A Dauphin County man will be charged with hit-and-run and related counts after a crash in Frailey Township, Schuylkill County, on April 11.

According to state police at Schuylkill Haven, the crash happened at 1:45 p.m. on SR209 southbound, where the highways narrows from two lanes into one.A white truck, driven by Clair E. Lubold Jr., 41, of Halifax, was traveling in the right hand southbound lane. A tractor trailer, driven by Eric C. Anderson, 39, of Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, was in the left hand southbound lane.Lubold tried to pass the tractor trailer on the right shoulder of the highway as the lanes narrowed. The left rear of his truck hit the right front wheel of the tractor trailer. Lubold continued to drive on.No injuries were reported.
