Two persons are facing drug possession charges as a result of a traffic stop made by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks at 6:30 p.m. April 16 on Interstate 80.

Police said they stopped a vehicle for speeding in Tunkhannock Township and found the occupants, Charles J. Pierce, 27, of Hanover, Pa., and Eric R. Pierce, 26, of Jersey City, N.J., to be in possession of marijauna and pain pills.
