Darren Moyer, 46, of 304 Orwigsburg St., Tamaqua, has been cited in connection with a traffic stop in Tamaqua on Nov. 3, 2012. On that date, at 9:49 p.m., an officer observed a red Ford Escort being driven in an erratic manner on West Broad Street. After the vehicle crossed the double yellow line, the officer instituted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Moyer, who had a strong odor of alcohol on his person. Moyer admitted to having a few drinks.

He was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol.
