Taylor Marie Vigil, 22, of Montvale, N.J., has been arrested by state police at the Fogelsville barracks and committed to the Lehigh County Prison, Allentown.

Pollice said she is charged with theft and access device fraud charges, both felonies, as a reasult of an incident dating back to November of last year.Police said it is alleged she stole gold and silver jewelry and coins from Michael and Susan Vigil, 74, of Macungie, last Nov. 15. She also fraudulently used the victims' credit card, police said.Police did not indicate the relationship between the accused and the victims.
