Dear Editor:
For years people have owned guns for personal or family property protection. For years, people have owned guns for hunting. I know what the second amendment is and I believe in it.But let's face it, we don't need assault weapons and big magazines with more than 10 rounds. If you need this to hunt or protect what's yours you can't shoot anyway. Those who rant and rave and curse don't need guns, they need their heads examined.Let's start using common sense or before long us retired folks will outnumber the younger generation. Keep your weapons but not assault weapons. You'll still have the second amendment and the law won't be outgunned. Get smart and grow up. You're not a kid anymore.I remain,Robert (Ski) SiesputowskiSummit Hill
