John J. David, 44, of Bethlehem, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol filed against him by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

Police said he was stopped while driving a vehicle on Interstate 78 eastbound in Upper Saucon Township after having committed multiple traffic violations. Upon making the stop, police said they learned he was under the influence of alcohol.
