A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 10:24 p.m. on Monday, April 15, along SR209 in Polk Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Thomas Arthur O'Reilly, 43, of Kunkletown, was stopped operating a 2004 Pontiac Vibe for erratic driving. He was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.Troopers said the DUI charge is pending blood test results.
