A Schuylkill County driver escaped injury in a one vehicle crash that occurred about 6:55 p.m. on Friday, April 12, along SR443 (Sweet Arrow Lake Road), in Washington Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Bradley M. Keppley, 24, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta westbound and cresting a hill when the vehicle left the road and struck a utility pole along the berm. After striking the pole the car continued west, spun 180-degrees and came to rest facing east along the berm.Troopers cited Keppley for driving a vehicle at a (un) safe speed.
