If so, then women, children and teens should plan to attend a pair of self-defense seminars next month in Palmerton.The free seminars on Women's Self-defense and Children and Teens Anti-Bullying will be held at Rat Pack Fighting Systems, 468 Delaware Avenue.Rat Pack Fighting Systems will conduct a Women's Self-defense Seminar from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, April 11.Geared toward women ages 12-and-over, the seminar will teach women to be prepared in the event danger strikes.Tips on state-of-the-art defense and conflict avoidance techniques from Rat Pack's staff of expert instructors will be shared.Rat Pack will also host a Children & Teens Anti-Bullying Seminar from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, April 25.Aimed toward kids and teenagers ages 6-17, the seminar will show children how to be prepared for today's dangerous world.They will learn strategies on state-of-the-art self-defense and conflict avoidance techniques from Rat Pack's staff of expert instructors.Limited spaces are available for both seminars.
