A Montgomery County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said Bruce A. Tulio Jr., 44, of Horsham, was stopped about 10:36 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, along SR115 at the Interstate 80 ramp, in Tunkhannock Township, for a traffic violation.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.
