A Schuylkill County man is the apparent victim of access device fraud.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said unknown criminals obtained David Wentz, 69, of Selterz, Boscov's credit card information and used it to make a purchase at a Boscov's store in Deptford, N.J., totaling $37.49. The incident occurred about 9:04 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2012.
