A domestic incident in Carbon County led to charges against one of the participants.

State police at Lehighton said troopers were called to a residence in Lower Towamensing Township about 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 9. As a result troopers said John Albert Christman, 52, was cited for harassment.The alleged victim was a 27-year-old female.
