Home A. Clute exhibited the wonderful proficiency of the telephone to a party of friends in the Lehigh Valley office, the Mansion House in Mauch Chunk, and at White Haven. The wires worked well and conversations were carried on without any trouble. The Mauch Chunk party were entertained by some singing by the ladies in White Haven.
