Rush Township police have filed charges against 20-year-old Matthew R. Taylor following a shoplifting incident at the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart. Taylor allegedly removed several television sets from the retail store with the most recent incident taking place at 11:16 a.m. on March 4.

He will be charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
