State police at Frackville are investigating the theft of a motor vehicle.

Troopers said Edward Kowalski, of 353 Virginia Ave., Shenandoah, West Mahanoy Township, reported his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, white in color, was stolen from the driveway of his home.The theft occurred sometime between Sunday, March 3, at 6 p.m., and Monday at 4:30 a.m. The pickup truck has state registration plate YJP7215.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 874-5300.
