A Lehighton resident has been cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Borough police said Kelly A. Schroeter, 41, of Fairyland Rd., was cited for an incident that occurred about 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, in the area of Iron St. and East Alley.
