The Parryville Home and School Council held "Talent Night" in the local school. Winners were: 1. Doris Blose for her impersonation of a hula dancer; 2. Eileen Miller, Carole Serfass, and Beverly Markley for their Irish tap dances, and 3. Mark Sheckler, trumpet solo. Judges were Mr. and Mrs. John Meckes of Slatington and Mrs. Catherine Dauscher of Bowmanstown.
