As part of a state-wide program to update its facilities, State Police Troop "N" of Lehighton has moved into specially built headquarters along Route 209 in Towamensing Township. The new building, just two-tenths of a mile from the old location, provides the troop with larger, more efficient facilities. "Each troop out-grows its headquarters every 10 years," State Police Maj. Roy Titler said.
