A 15-year-old Tamaqua male had a juvenile petition filed against him after he allegedly used a vehicle without the owners' permission.

The incident was reported to borough police on Dec. 23 by Randy Schock, 436 Hazle St. Schock told officers the teen had taken his vehicle without authorization.The teen also faces charges of driving without a license.
