Judge John E. Domalakes held hearings for two defendants brought to court on bench warrants. After the hearing he handed down orders.Brandon Wehry, 28, Shamokin, had the bench warrant issued on Nov. 15 dissolved and bail set at $25,000 percentage cash with several conditions added. He must reside at 5 Madison Avenue, Elysburg, and not relocate without prior court order, shall not posses, transport, or consume any alcohol or drugs unless provided by a medical provider and shall not frequent any establishments were alcohol is sold.A bench warrant for his arrest was issued after he failed to appear at the county courthouse to select a jury for his trial on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia as filed to court by Mahanoy City Cpl. Michael Dissinger, who made the arrest in the 100 block on E. Center St. after being tipped Wehry was coming to the borough to sell drugs. The report claims six baggies of heroin were found in his possession and that he obtained the drugs in Hazleton.Trevor Hawley, 30, of 831 Americus Drive, Allentown, had the bench warrant issued last Sept. 11 for failing to appear in the county court for a preliminary hearing dissolved and bail reinstated with a stipulation that he must reside at 935 Main St., Northampton, and is not to relocate without prior court order.Hawley faces charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle belonging to Stephanie Wlliams, 1200 Centre St., Ashland, an exgirlfriend. They were married May 12, 2001.Rafael Marti Jr., Frackville, was granted a divorce from Rosa Roberts, Lancaster. They were married Aug. 20, 1999.File for divorceKelly A. Kane, 336 Hazle St., Tamaqua, started a divorce action against MIchael J. Beaver, 42 Market St., Tamaqua. They were married Sept. 18, 2010.Amy L. Peel, 132 W. Mahanoy St., Mahanoy City, filed suit for divorce from Dustin R. Peel, care of Rodeway Inn, Frackville. They were married May 29, 2004.
