Eighteen directors were elected by the Panther Valley Chamber of Commerce as the new organizationtook another stride toward active service to the area. The session was held at Edgemont Lodge with Ernest Scheller, acting chairman, presiding. Forming the first board of directors are Bert Silver, George Bright, John Kovatch, Cal Frantz Jr., Wallace Kleckner, and Ted Puschak, three year terms; John Trojan, Atty. Robert Lazorchik, William McDonald, Ray Motroni, and Anthony Sarge, two year terms, and Daneil Zeigler, Ernest Scheller, Atty. George M.D. Richards, Edward Michalik, Henry Rayarsky and Dr. Thomas Pollock, one year terms.
