Neighbors around the 500 block of Arlington Street in Tamaqua were startled after hearing a large explosion outside their homes around 9 p.m. on Friday. Neighbors discovered that someone had exploded dynamite on the windshield of a 2003 Toyota Corolla. No injuries were reported. Police are still investigating the matter.
