Lansford police nabbed two wanted subjects as a result of a traffic stop on Nov.16 at 10:10 p.m. on W. Bertsch Street. The driver, Beth Schmoyer, 27, of 601 E. Abbott St., Lansford, was stopped for driving under suspension, DUI-related. A records check on the passengers revealed that Scott White, 31, of 601 E. Abbott St., Lansford, was wanted out of the Lehigh County Probation Office and Jacob Maute, 30, of 325 Main St., Royersford, was wanted out of Chester County for burglary and other related charges. White was transported to the station where he was picked up by probation and Maute was transported to prison, waiting to be picked up by a state constable.
