Cub Scouts of Pack 82, Lehighton, under the guidance of Cubmaster Charles Harris, have written letters to Nuan Thuy, Chief Delegate of North Vietnam, at the Paris Peace Talks in France. In their letters, the boys expressed their distress at his refusal and the refusal of his allies to show compassion of the 1,600 Americans held captive and missing in North Vietnam, South Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. They asked his immediate, thoughtful consideration of the men who have been separated from their families for years.
