State police at Fogelsville said a Lehigh County resident was cited following an incident at a trash drop-off site. Troopers said the incident occurred about 9:55 a.m. on Nov. 3 at the Waste Management site at 2710 Golden Key Road, in Weisenberg Township.

Troopers responded to the scene and reported Dirk Postupack, 50, of New Tripoli, became enraged when he thought a 75-year-old male, from Breinigsville, had pulled ahead of him in a line to drop off trash. Troopers said the victim was told to pull ahead by Waste Management personnel.Postupack got out of his vehicle and began screaming and shouting at the victim while taking pictures of the victim's registration plate causing a public disturbance.Troopers cited Postupack for disorderly conduct.
